Report Cards
will be sent home on Thursday.
Please ask your child to show the report card to you and then sign the
slip and have your child return the parent signature slip on Friday.
No “Homework
Packets” this week.
There will
not be a formal “Homework Packet” sent home this week, but look for math
assignments and please continue to read at night.

Please
feel free to use the Utahcompose.com website to improve and practice your
writing skills and earn extra credit and class money.
Multicultural
Night
Multicultural
Night will be held on January 29th.
We are looking for people that would like to represent a country. The night is held in the gym and
volunteers set up a booth or table and talk about the traditions and culture of
a country. If you are interested
in participating please let the me or the
P.T.A. know.
Spelling
Bee
The
District Spelling Bee will be held on February 26th at East Elementary. We will hold a school competition on
the previous week to determine who will qualify to compete in the district
competition. The spelling list and
rules are on our East Elementary website.
There is a link on the left side of the page. We encourage everyone to participate.
