A Million
Minutes of Reading
Our school
reached our first goal of reading a million minutes. On Wednesday, Mr. Moyle will be arrested and will read to us
at 11:00. We encourage our students
and families to continue reading. Our second million minutes will result in an ice cream party
for each class.
SAGE TESTING
We begin
the SAGE Writing tests this week.
We will be testing on Tuesday and Thursday. We encourage all students to get a good night’s rest and make
sure you have a filling breakfast so that you can do your best. The writing portion of this test is
given early in the year. The
remainder of the final end of level tests will be given in April and May.
President’s
Day, February 16th
This is
just to remind you that school will not be in session next Monday in honor of
President’s Day.
